So you have placed your order and now want it quick and we will get it to you quick! We produce everything ourselves in our purpose built manufacturing warehouse and so can guarantee we will dispatch your new product within 3-5 days of order.

Logistics

We are not liable for any delays caused by the logistics company. We are working with our delivery partners to ensure all products are delivered in a prompt manner but there may be exceptions that are out of our control.
We work hard to provide our customer with the highest possible quality and service but in the unlikely event you receive a product that is either incorrect or damaged, you can return your item within 14 days and we will replace your product. If the product is damaged upon receipt from the courier the product must be signed for as damaged and we are to be made aware within 24 hours of the delivery time, we will then require the product shipping back to us to carry out our checks. Failure to comply will result in the exchange being void. You must arrange shipping for the return of the product and upon inspection we will refund you £5.00 in delivery charges.
